For owners:

You can self-refer your animal for Physiotherapy, either for 'routine maintenance' (Vet referral no longer required by law, provided the animal is healthy), or request Physiotherapy for a specific condition. If the animal is lame or showing significant signs of pain, Veterinary referral/consent is still required.

Please complete a self-referral form below and email.

I will liaise with your Vet as appropriate.

N.B. By self-referring, you are consenting to information being shared between myself, relevant Veterinarians and other professionals involved in the animal's care. This is for the best possible animal welfare.

Please email, telephone or text to request an appointment.

For Vets:

Please click on the link to download a Physiotherapy referral form, which can then be emailed.

Alternatively, please feel free to telephone or email to discuss any referrals or queries.
